Complaints

Write to support@thepanelbrief.com and say what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Data and privacy

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to the same address from the email you used with us. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours. If you ask us to delete it, we do it usually within 24 hours, and always within 30 days; anything else you ask for, we complete within one month. You can also delete your CV yourself with “Delete my CV” on your Company Brief, Interview Round Prep or pass page.

If you are an interviewer

If an Interview Round Prep may have mentioned you and you want us to stop using information about you, write to support@thepanelbrief.com with your name and the company. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours and act on it within 7 days.
