How you get it

Everything we make is delivered online. Each Company Brief, Interview Round Prep and pass has its own private web link, and we email you that link. Nothing is posted to you.

How long it takes

A Company Brief is ready about 15 minutes after you pay. An Interview Round Prep comes with the Company Brief for its job: the Company Brief first, then your Interview Round Prep, about 30 minutes after you pay. A round inside a Job Hunt Pass starts as soon as you send its details, and is ready about 30 minutes later. While it is being made, its page shows each step as it happens.

If it is late

If an Interview Round Prep is taking longer than usual, we email you. If it’s no use to you by then, reply and we refund you as our refunds page says. If we can’t make a Company Brief or an Interview Round Prep at all, we tell you why, and refund you as our refunds page says.

Changes

Each Interview Round Prep includes one set of changes after you’ve read it, usually ready within 5 minutes. Use the box “Want changes?” on your Interview Round Prep.
