Terms of use

What we provide

The Panel Brief prepares you for a job interview. A Company Brief covers the company, the role and how their whole interview process will run, from a job link or its description. Interview Round Prep includes the Company Brief for the job and adds your answers for one interview round, written from your CV and notes. The Job Hunt Pass is 5 Interview Round Preps across up to 3 companies, valid for 60 days from the day you buy it. Everything is delivered online, at a private link we email you.

Made with AI

AI does the research and the writing. Every fact is checked against its source and comes with a date and a source, or a label such as “Likely” when it is our best guess. Every claim about you comes from your CV or your notes, or is marked “Check” for you to confirm. Mistakes can still happen: read what we send before you rely on it, and tell us about any mistake with “Report a mistake” on the page. We fix it within 24 hours, at the same link.

No promise about outcomes

We help you prepare. We can’t promise you an interview, an offer, a salary or any other result, and nothing we write is a promise that a question will be asked.

What we ask of you

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give us true information. We never add experience you don’t have, even if you ask.
• Only share what you are allowed to share about your interviewer, such as their profile as you see it, or what the recruiter told you. You confirm you may share it with us for your Interview Round Prep.
• Use what we make for your own preparation. Don’t resell it, or use the service to collect information about people.
• Keep your private links to yourself. Anyone with a link can open that page.

Payments and refunds

The price shown is the price you pay, all inclusive. When we refund you, and how, is on our refunds page.

Coupon codes

A coupon code takes some or all of the price off one Company Brief. Each email address can use one coupon code, and a coupon code works until its end date. If we can’t make that Company Brief, the coupon code works again. It has no cash value.

Data and privacy

How we collect, use and delete your data is in our privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. The terms on the day you pay apply to that purchase.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to support@thepanelbrief.com first, and we will try to resolve any problem within one month.
